Why Ciao Bonita? Ciao is Italian for hello or goodbye, but it is also a very common greeting among Latinos. Italian is one of my favorite languages and Italy one of my favorite places so I decided on this version of Hello. Bonita, is Spanish for beautiful or pretty. I strongly believe in the importance of self love and I think it is something that most women have struggled with at some point, which is why I wanted to include a reminder that you are beautiful!

I am an Austin, TX native. I am a fur mom to Louie, a sassy mini poodle. I am the proud daughter of Mexican immigrants and the oldest of 4. My purpose as a blogger is to transmit, via my posts, a little bit of joy.
